Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. (PGI) is seeking a Data Center Site Manager in Manassas, VA to lead 24/7 security operations for a data center. The role reports to the Cluster Account Manager and focuses on governance, budgeting, staffing, and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive security management experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a U.S. Government Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security, military, or law enforcement management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing shifts of personnel (screening, hiring, training, scheduling, reporting).
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Lenel access control.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, reporting, incident response, and invoicing for a 24/7/365 site.
• Represent PGI to the Customer Site Security Manager.
• Ensure contract compliance with statements of work, SLAs, and QA.
• Assist in developing budgets and controlling overtime.
• Provide strategic direction to operations and security personnel.
