Job summary

The role requires Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance and a strong record in security leadership.

The position reports to the Cluster Account Manager and focuses on contract compliance, staff development, and seamless client coordination in a high-threat environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of security, military, or law enforcement management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing shifts of personnel (screening, hiring, scheduling, reporting).
• 2+ years developing national, state, or federal level policies/procedures.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, reporting, incident response, training, HR concerns, timekeeping, and invoicing for a 24/7 site.
• Serve as PGI representative to Customer Site Security Manager.
• Ensure contract compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Assist CAM with budgets, overtime minimization, and strategic direction.
• Plan and execute staffing, screening, development, and retention of security personnel.
• Oversee crisis management and incident response coordination.
