Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC seeks a Data Center Site Manager in Springfield, VA to lead a 24/7 security operation for a data center facility. You will oversee staffing, incident response, budgeting, contract compliance, and access control systems to protect client data and applications.

The role requires Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance, strong leadership, and proven experience in security management, budgeting, and policy development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security, military, or law enforcement management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing shifts of personnel (screening, hiring, training, scheduling, reporting).
• 2+ years developing national, state, or federal level policies and procedures.
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
• Experience using the Lenel access control system.
• Strong leadership and collaborative management style.
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards and diversity.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Ability to obtain Virginia DCJS Security Guard license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, administration, reporting, incident response, training, HR concerns, timekeeping, and invoicing for the site 24/7/365.
• Serve as PGI representative to the Customer Site Security Manager.
• Ensure site contract compliance with SOWs, SLAs, and quality assurance.
• Assist CAM with budgeting and reporting; minimize unplanned overtime.
• Support strategic direction and guidance to operations and personnel on security, safety, and business continuity.
• Plan and execute screening, hiring, training, and retention of security staff.
• Ensure 100% staffing coverage and alignment for site, team, and shift.
• Oversee crisis management, incident response post-orders, coordination with authorities, and debriefings.
• Enforce PGI policies and code of conduct.
• Obtain or maintain Virginia DCJS Security Guard license.
• Other duties as required.
