Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC. seeks a Data Center Site Manager (Physical Security) to lead a 24/7 data center security operation in Springfield, VA. The role reports to the Cluster Account Manager and requires Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph clearance.

You will handle scheduling, budgeting, training, contract compliance, and incident response while coordinating with customer security managers and field staff.

Qualifications

• Commitment to PGI mission and ethics.
• 8+ years in security or related leadership roles (staffing, budgeting, compliance).
• 5+ years managing shifts (screening, hiring, scheduling, reporting).
• 2+ years developing national/state/federal policies.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access.
• Experience with Lenel access control system.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site security operations, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
• Serve as PGI representative to the Customer Site Security Manager.
• Ensure contract and SLA adherence for the site.
• Assist CAM with budget development and overtime control.
• Provide strategic direction on security, safety and business continuity.
• Develop and improve operational processes and policies.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of security staff.
• Maintain 100% staffing coverage and shift alignment.
• Manage crisis response, communications, and after-action reviews.
• Enforce PGI policies and conduct standards.
• Maintain or obtain Virginia DCJS Security Guard license.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CAM.
