Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Deputy Security Program Manager to lead a large armed security program supporting sensitive facilities in the greater Washington DC area and other U.S. locations.

The role requires a TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance, a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related security experience, and demonstrated leadership. Travel, flexible hours, and liaison with client leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, briefing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues at the lowest level with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and leadership to 100+ site managers and supervisors across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Client leadership to address issues and keep Vaxcom leadership informed.
• Enforce Post Orders, rules, and facility regulations with site leads and teams.
• Maintain and enhance program performance and build relationships with clients.
• Travel to multiple facilities for limited periods to support operations.
• Support recruitment and participate in leadership activities as required.
