Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Technical Director to lead secure DevSecOps capabilities supporting DoD mission partners, including MARFORCYBER and DCDC. You will shape secure CI/CD pipelines, automate security controls, and ensure DoD policy compliance.

You will mentor technical teams, drive engineering best practices, and coordinate with government leaders and partners to deliver mission-focused technology solutions. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering DevSecOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and software delivery initiatives.
• Lead teams in designing, implementing, and improving secure CI/CD pipelines, automated security controls, and resilient mission-focused solutions.
• Integrate cybersecurity throughout the system development lifecycle, including threat modeling and security testing.
• Coordinate with government leadership, mission partners, and external organizations to meet program objectives.
