Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking a Security Program Manager (Contractor) to oversee physical security design and installation for data centers and related facilities in the Manassas, VA area. The role requires Top Secret clearance, 5+ years of PM/CM experience, and travel within 50 miles of the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and telecom plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for new data centers, expansions and special projects.
• Provide lifecycle management including specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, and close-out docs.
• Manage contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Representative for physical security team acceptance, sign-off, and operational readiness validation for high security facilities.
• Report performance metrics for vendor service delivery and defect rates.
• Collaborate across teams to drive security projects.
• Provide weekly project updates to the customer Security Program Manager Team Lead.
• Other duties as required.
