Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration (M3) to lead government and company property programs across the Sector. This role reports to the Sector Director and will reside at multiple on-site locations with hybrid telework, requiring 50% travel.

The candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and build strong customer relations while driving reporting and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in government property management or Master’s with 6+ years in government property management.
• Knowledge of the SOX reporting requirements.
• 5+ years leading Government Property teams and managing audits (PMSAs).
• Experience with compliance audits and government property processes under FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed matrixed team of property professionals across the Sector.
• Serve as primary interface to customers, auditors, and senior management on government property matters.
• Establish and implement property procedures to ensure compliance with NG and government requirements.
• Develop and generate key property reporting information and metrics.
• Drive improvements to processes and systems for government, customer, and company property.
