Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration to lead government/customer property across the Sector.

The role reports to the Sector Director of Property/Asset Management and oversees a geographically dispersed team with emphasis on compliance, audits, and cross-unit coordination. The incumbent will consolidate risks, establish accountability, and drive standardized property processes in support of the business objectives, while coordinating with customers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant Government Property experience and compliance knowledge.
• SOX reporting requirements knowledge.
• 5 years leading Government Property teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispersed property professionals across the Sector and ensure compliant government property management.
• Serve as primary integrator between sector leadership and business units.
• Consolidate performance data to enable timely decisions by sector leadership.
• Set strategic direction for Government Property, ensuring audit readiness and cross-unit consistency.
• Drive SAP/Cost Point to SAP S/4 transition and standardize processes.
