Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sector Senior Manager of Property Integration (M3) to lead government property programs across the Defense Systems Sector. The role requires 50% travel and work on site with a 9/80 hybrid telework arrangement, reporting to the Sector Director and coordinating with multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Government Property management and deep understanding of related policies
• Knowledge of SOX reporting requirements
• 5 years of experience leading Government Property teams
• Experience supporting/completing compliance audits (PMSAs)
• Experience in Government property processes per FAR/DFARS requirements
• Travel up to 50% is required
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed matrixed team of property professionals across the sector
• Serve as primary interface to customers, auditors, and senior management
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable actions across units
• Develop and report key property metrics and compliance status
• Drive harmonized processes and regulatory compliance across the organization
• Oversee Government, customer, and company property programs to ensure audit readiness
