Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration (M3) to lead government and customer property functions across the Defense Systems Sector.

You will drive strategic direction, build cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations. The role requires on-site work with hybrid telework and up to 50% travel, reporting to the Sector Director of Property / Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Government Property management or a related field, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience leading Government Property teams.
• Experience in compliance audits including PMSAs.
• Knowledge of SOX reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dispersed matrixed team of property professionals across the Sector.
• Serve as primary integrator between sector leadership and business-unit execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across government and customer property.
• Develop reporting metrics and tools to track property performance.
