Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration (M3) to lead government and customer property functions across the Defense Systems Sector.

The role oversees a broad, matrixed team and engages with customers, auditors, and senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive Government property experience, SOX and FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Government Property management experience and deep policy understanding.
• SOX reporting knowledge and governance experience.
• 5 years of leading Government Property teams and related programs.
• Experience supporting audits and PMSAs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed property team responsible for Government/customer and company property across the Sector.
• Serve as primary integrator between sector leadership and business units to translate strategy into measurable actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and consistent cross‑unit execution across the sector.
• Develop and implement property processes to comply with FAR/DFARS and contract requirements.
• Drive improvements in processes and systems amid SAP S/4 transitions.
