Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration to lead government, customer, and company property across a multi-site sector.

The role reports to the Sector Director of Property / Asset Management and requires on-site work with a hybrid 9/80 schedule. You will drive regulatory compliance, develop reporting metrics, oversee audits, and coordinate with customers, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure effective property management in a fast-paced defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive government property compliance experience.
• SOX knowledge required.
• 5+ years leading government property teams.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop property integration across the sector.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across functions.
• Coordinate with customers, auditors, and senior leadership to optimize property management.
