Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Sector Sr. Manager of Property Integration (M3) to lead government property across the sector across multiple sites.

The role reports to the Sector Director of Property/Asset Management and requires strong leadership, customer interaction, and regulatory compliance with FAR/DFARS. This senior position involves creating unified property processes, driving audit readiness, and coordinating with auditors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 plus years of experience in property management matters related to Government Property, to include an in-depth understanding of Government property management policies, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of the SOX reporting requirements
• 5 years of Experience in leading and managing Government Property teams
• Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits, include Property Management System Audits (PMSAs)
• Experience in developing and implementing Government property processes and procedures in accordance with FAR/DFARS requirements
• 50% travel time is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capital, customer, and Government property functions for the Sector.
• Serve as the primary integrator between sector leadership and business-unit execution, translating strategic priorities and policies into consistent, measurable actions across business units.
• Consolidate operational risks, resource needs, and performance results to enable timely decisions by sector leadership.
• Establish accountability for regulatory compliance, system performance, audit readiness, and cross-unit execution.
• Set/implement the strategic direction for the Government Property organization.
• Develop and implement property procedures to ensure compliance with NG and government/customer requirements.
