Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in government property management
• Knowledge of SOX requirements
• 5+ years leading government property teams
• Experience with compliance audits (PMSAs)
• Experience with FAR/DFARS requirements
• 50% travel required

Responsibilities

• Lead a dispersed team of property professionals across the sector
• Interface with customers, auditors, and senior management
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government requirements
• Drive property processes and implement SAP transition
• Develop and report property metrics
• Oversee regulatory compliance and audit readiness
