Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Analyst & SEC Reporting in Uniondale, NY to lead the preparation and timely filing of regulatory financial statements with the SEC, supporting the quarter-end close with strong US GAAP expertise.

You will own SEC filings (10-K/10-Q), manage journal entries, reconciliations, XBRL tagging, ICFR testing under SOX, and liaise with external auditors, with CPA preferred and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to thrive under tight quarter-end deadlines.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience, ideally with SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, drafting, and coordination of periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q).
• Execute key components of the quarter-end close, including complex journal entries and accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and sub-ledger reviews for ledger integrity.
