Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, drafting, and coordination of periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q).
• Execute quarter-end and month-end close processes, including journal entries and complex accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and sub-ledger reviews for financial integrity.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analyses, and MD&A support.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new or revised US GAAP standards and SEC rules.
• Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Assist with ICFR testing and SOX compliance across close and reporting.
• Ensure accurate XBRL tagging and mapping of statements and footnotes.
