Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting required.
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience (public + corporate SEC reporting ideal).

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, drafting, and coordination of periodic SEC filings (Form 10-K/10-Q).
• Manage quarter-end and month-end close activities and prepare complex journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and sub-ledger reviews for ledger integrity.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analyses and MD&A support.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new US GAAP standards and SEC regulations.
• Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Assist ICFR testing and SOX compliance across close and reporting workflows.
• Oversee accurate XBRL tagging and mapping per SEC rules.
