Job summary

Everlaw in Oakland, CA is seeking a Manager II, Sales Development to lead and scale a team of SDRs. You will translate growth targets into daily execution, refine market segmentation, and partner with Sales leadership to optimize top-of-funnel conversion.

The role is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SaaS leadership experience managing SDR/BDR teams.
• Proven track record of leading teams to 100% of quota.
• Hands-on experience building and customizing reports, filters, and dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently achieve quota.
• Drive mastery of sales methodologies and market segmentation for top-of-funnel success.
• Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance and inform coaching.
• Test, evaluate, and scale new prospecting strategies with data-driven confidence.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ramp programs for faster SDR growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement to align outbound strategies.
