Job summary

Everlaw seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own revenue and ARRR forecasting models, driving top-line planning. You will turn complex contract data into clear financial insights supporting leadership decisions in a hybrid Oakland, CA role.

You will collaborate with FP&A, GTM, Accounting, and Enterprise Technology, building scalable models and delivering monthly/quarterly reporting with well-documented assumptions. This role requires 3+ years in SaaS finance and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in FP&A or revenue finance or financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical problem solving with data reconciliation across sources.
• Strong communication of complex financial concepts to finance and non-finance partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and automate revenue and ARRR forecasting models.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly ARRR reporting on ARRR, expansions, renewals, churn, cohorts, and key metrics.
• Analyze actual results vs forecasts and explain variances to leadership.
• Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Enterprise Technology to reconcile data and strengthen data controls.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and executive/Board reporting with documented assumptions.
