Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS leadership experience managing SDR/BDR teams.
• Proven track record of leading teams to quota attainment.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of SDRs to achieve quota.
• Develop and optimize top-of-funnel strategies and market segmentation.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement.
