Job summary

FusionAuth is seeking a Senior SDR Lead in the Denver, CO area or US-Remote to own and rebuild our outbound pipeline. You will partner with marketing to define ICPs, craft messages, and run multi-channel campaigns targeting engineering leaders and technical buyers.

The role blends individual contribution with leadership, coaching future SDRs as the team scales, and shaping repeatable outbound processes from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B technology Sales Development role (cybersecurity a plus).
• Proven track record building outbound plays that convert.
• Ability to create qualified pipeline from inbound and outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts aligned with ICP.
• Build and manage prospect lists across technical personas.
• Follow-up and convert inbound leads and MQLs.
• Prospect CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Architects, Security teams, and Developers.
• Execute multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Multi-thread across accounts to accelerate pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executive team.
• Own marketing sourced pipeline and track metrics through the funnel.
