Job summary

Builder Prime is hiring an outbound SDR to fuel growth for our SaaS platform serving construction professionals. This remote role is open to candidates authorized to work in the US, with a preference for those near Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT.

Denver-based teammates may work from Westminster, CO, but it is not required. As an Outbound SDR, you will prospect via calls, emails, and social channels, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos with Account Executives, building a strong pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional experience.
Outstanding communication skills—listen, connect, persuade.
Creative problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
Coachable, results-driven, and able to act on feedback quickly.
Ability to own the pipeline and drive to success.
