Ivo AI Inc is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our early sales team in San Francisco. You will help book demos and generate new business, shaping our growth trajectory in the legal tech space.

Key responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, discovery conversations, and close collaboration with sales and marketing. Ideal candidates have 2+ years as an SDR/BDR, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and AI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to initiate conversations with prospects.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Quick learner with interest in technology, AI, and legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in legal tech and enterprise segments.
• Prospecting: Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and other channels to build a solid pipeline for Account Executives.
• Initial Engagement: Conduct discovery to understand client needs and articulate the value of Ivo’s product.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with sales/marketing to refine outreach and maintain consistent messaging.
• Market Insight Gathering: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to position Ivo’s product.
