Job summary

Simple AI is hiring a Senior SDR to build and own the top of the funnel from the ground up in San Francisco. You will research target accounts, craft outbound messages, and cold-call prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.

This hands-on, high-activity role requires energy, resilience, and comfort with rejection, as you help create the early outbound playbook and scale outbound pipeline for a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience with hands-on outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, resilience, and comfort with rejection.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm about AI and business use cases.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage prospecting, follow-up, and meeting generation.

Responsibilities
