Coder is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive growth by sourcing qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Managers. You’ll identify and engage high-potential prospects, uncover pain points, and qualify opportunities that move deals forward in a hybrid Austin, TX office three days weekly.

As a SDR, you’ll master multi-channel outreach, research target accounts, and collaborate with EAMs and marketing to accelerate the outbound motion and expand Coder’s AI-driven development

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or developer-focused tech.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activities.
• Experience with prospecting tools listed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate technical value propositions.
• Grit, curiosity, and resilience.
• Familiarity with AI/developer tooling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities for EAMs through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using tools like SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Nooks.
• Research target accounts and key personas to craft personalized and value-driven messaging.
• Set up qualification calls for EAMs to run and advance through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns to drive higher response rates.
