Rippling is seeking an Enablement Program Manager - SDR to drive successful onboarding and ongoing enablement for our SDR teams. You will partner with Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Ops to design, execute, and measure training programs that accelerate ramp and improve performance.

The role emphasizes curriculum design, content development, and measurement to ensure programs meet business objectives. A fast-paced environment and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations or Sales.
• Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
• Strategic mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of SDR sales skills around outbounding.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with bias toward action.
• Strong operational excellence to streamline processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage end-to-end SDR enablement programs, including curriculum design, playbooks, and certification processes.
• Execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with SDR Leadership and stakeholders across Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Ops to drive program impact.
• Align stakeholders and collaborate with the broader Revenue Enablement team on cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate SDR training including cold calling, multithreading, account prioritization, objections handling, and qualification.
• Coach SDRs on processes and new rollouts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Oversee multiple enablement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Review and analyze data to inform enablement recommendations and identify opportunities for impact.
