Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Senior Program Manager, SMB AE Enablement to accelerate ramp time, optimize sales cycles, and win more business. You will own end-to-end enablement programs and partner with SMB Sales leadership to identify gaps and drive measurable results.

You will review calls, analyze performance data, and develop practical training and resources, including playbooks, discovery guides, and deal-oriented content.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Enablement, PM, Product Marketing, Sales Ops or Sales.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales and SMB dynamics.
• Ability to translate gaps into practical enablement programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMB AE enablement programs, onboarding and ongoing development.
• Partner with SMB Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives.
• Facilitate training on discovery, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage multiple enablement projects with clear scope and timely execution.
• Analyze performance data to diagnose gaps and measure impact.
