Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and/or Sales.

• Own SMB AE enablement programs from onboarding to ongoing development.
• Partner with SMB Sales leadership to identify gaps and align programs to objectives.
• Facilitate training on discovery, qualification, product demos, and closing.
• Analyze performance data to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Develop practical sales content including onboarding curricula and playbooks.
