Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Enablement Program Manager - SDR to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of SDR enablement programs, partner with Revenue and Business Ops, and lead training initiatives to accelerate SDR ramp-up. You will design curricula, playbooks, and certification processes while measuring program impact and aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and/or Sales.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end SDR enablement programs, including curriculum design, playbook development, and certification processes.
• Partner with SDR Leadership and Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Ops to execute and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Facilitate SDR training, including cold calling, multi-threading, account prioritization, objection-handling, and qualification.
• Review data to inform enablement recommendations and measure impact on SDR ramp-up and performance.
• Create onboarding content for new SDRs and develop reference materials to support sales content adoption.
