Job summary

SpotDraft is seeking a high-energy outbound-first Sales Development Representative to join our US team, acting as the face of SpotDraft at industry events and executive mixers. This field-heavy role orchestrates multi-channel outreach across social, phone, and in-person interactions.

You will build a robust pipeline, map stakeholders, and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities quickly, leveraging AI tools to personalize outreach at scale.

Qualifications

• 1.5–4 years of SDR experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience selling in legal-tech or complex enterprise workflows.
• Exceptional communication, both in person and via email.
• Outbound mindset with a proven track record of generating opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
• Familiarity with AI tools to personalize outreach at scale.

Responsibilities

• All-bound prospecting across cold call, social, video, and email.
• Field engagement at industry events and NYC meetups to build pipeline.
• Pipeline qualification through discovery calls with business leaders.
• Strategic research to map stakeholders and plan ways-in for AE teams.
• CRM hygiene to maintain clean, actionable data.
