Spotlight in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow the client portfolio through outbound outreach, first-touch conversations, and discovery calls. You’ll own the outbound motion, collaborating with leadership to move prospects through the sales cycle toward close.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of sales experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, with a track record of goal setting and persistence.
