Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, LoadRunner).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of SQL for validating data and testing APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Write test cases/scripts and identify data for scenarios.
• Conduct walkthroughs with Test Managers and Leads.
• Perform tests to ensure proper operation and defect-free software.
• Document and communicate test results and metrics daily.
• Support analysis of test results and resolution of issues.
• Test various IT systems engineering activities as needed.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems and mentor junior testers.
