Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Proficiency in writing/executing test cases, scripts, plans.
• Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, QTP/LoadRunner.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Knowledge of databases/SQL for data validation.
• Experience testing web apps, APIs, services; security testing practices.
• Experience in functional/regression/integration/system/Usability/UAT testing.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures.
• Develop test schedules and testing approaches.
• Write test cases/scripts and select data for scenarios.
• Lead test execution and verification in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Document and communicate test results and progress.
• Support analysis of test results and issue resolution.
• Create daily test metrics and reports.
• Contribute to system/configuration improvements and future models.
• Perform other IT system engineering activities as needed.
