Amazon Connect is hiring a Sr Software Development Engineer to join the team building a scalable, AI-powered contact center in the AWS ecosystem. You will design and implement features for a rapidly growing service, mentoring teammates and driving best practices in software development.

The role focuses on delivering reliable, scalable systems with a strong customer focus, contributing to high-impact initiatives across the Amazon Connect product family.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
