Amazon is seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer for the Digital Messaging team in Amazon Connect. You will own complex design across no-code UI Builder to runtime rendering, spanning agent workspace and messaging platforms. You’ll mentor engineers, influence roadmaps, and ensure observable, resilient systems at scale.
The role emphasizes front-end React/TypeScript and back-end service development, with global scale considerations and cross-channel messaging capabilities inside AWS Connect.
Formación
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years leading design or architecture of systems.
- Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.
- Experience with front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end services.
Responsabilidades
- Own and drive technical design for complex problems across Guides & Views stack.
- Architect platform capabilities for multiple internal consumers and portals.
- Lead evolution of Views to multi-surface, multi-channel platform.
- Design and implement AI integration points for runtime guidance.
- Raise the technical bar through reviews, mentoring, and standards.
- Own operational health, drive on-call rotations, and ensure observability.
