Job summary

One Park Financial in Plano, TX is seeking a hands-on Amazon Connect Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered contact-center solutions on AWS. You will own Connect instances, including omnichannel routing, self-service capabilities, and real-time analytics to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities include configuring Connect, integrating with AWS services and Salesforce, and implementing analytics and security measures to ensure scalable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

3+ years building or operating cloud contact-center platforms.
2+ years hands-on with Amazon Connect.
Strong scripting with Python/Node.js/TypeScript/Java.
Solid knowledge of AWS core services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).

Responsibilities

Architect, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect instances (queues, routing profiles, hours).
Design IVR and chatbot experiences using Connect, Lex, and Q for generative self-service.
Integrate Connect with AWS services and CRMs (Salesforce).
Implement Contact Lens for real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, and post-contact summaries.
Build outbound campaigns and configure Voice ID for authentication and fraud detection.
Automate infrastructure with CloudFormation/CDK or Terraform; establish CI/CD pipelines.
