Qualifications

Oversee and direct complex sales opportunities from qualification through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Identify, document, and manage technical and business requirements through stakeholder engagement and solution discovery.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive professional services engagements.
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and modernization projects.
Deep knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and core VMware technologies.
Strong understanding of networking, storage, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery architectures.
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to effectively engage executives, architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
Experience leading discovery workshops, assessments, and solution design engagements.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and develop modernization strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
Collaborate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and the creation of standards and best practices.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long‑term success.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in service delivery, infrastructure modernization, and cloud technologies.
Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Lead technical assessments and guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hardware and software technologies.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving architecture practices while recommending modernization opportunities and strategic technology investments.
