Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive SDDC deployments, including VMware Cloud Foundation, automation with Terraform/Ansible/SaltStack, and VCF Operations. You’ll lead design, migrations, and service engagements while mentoring the team.

The role is remote with home-office setup and requires strong leadership, advanced virtualization, and storage networking expertise. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or infra design.
• 7+ years with VMware in enterprise environments.
• 8–10+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead low-level design and hands-on deployment of data center automation.
• Guide VMware Cloud Foundation implementations (VCF) and Aria automation.
• Mentor other consultants and collaborate with sales for services engagements.
