Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Scrum Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of on‑prem infrastructure projects. You will drive DevOps and AI initiatives, mentor staff, and coordinate with GPMO, partners, and architects to implement ITOM capabilities.

You will oversee agile ceremonies, communicate status to senior leadership, and ensure security and compliance across on‑prem systems.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex on-premise infrastructure projects through full SDLC.
Deep Agile/Scrum expertise including scaled Agile practices.
Hands-on Windows/Linux server administration, enterprise networking and SAN/NAS storage.
Experience using ServiceNow or Remedy for Agile project tracking and ITSM.
Strong communication skills to brief executives and translate requirements into user stories.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
8+ years of related technical experience.
3–5+ years in a project management or team leadership role.
PMP certification.
CSM/PSM or similar Agile certification.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical team driving innovation.
Operations: Oversee on‑prem infrastructure performance and DR planning.
Agile Project Management: Manage full lifecycle using Agile/Scrum.
Stakeholder Management: Present reviews and manage risks with senior stakeholders.
Security & Compliance: Coordinate with InfoSec to ensure patching and hardening.
Communicate project status to GPMO, partners, and architects.
