Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Agile Specialist for the USSS contract under DHS. You will establish agile frameworks, coach AI teams, and drive iterative delivery across programs, enabling CIO priorities and AI Project management Office objectives.

You'll collaborate with AI Team members, technical experts, and leadership to build playbooks, templates, and ceremonies, maturing organizational agility for national security outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 15 years of Agile delivery experience.
• 8+ years facilitating Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• 8+ years coaching teams on Agile principles and transformation.
• Iterative delivery experience for technology and AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience coordinating program-level agile delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish agile delivery frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Coach AI teams and cross-functional groups on Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Develop Agile Delivery Playbooks, templates, and training materials.
• Track agile metrics and prepare monthly status reports.
• Coordinate schedules, risks, and dependencies across AI programs.
