Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 4–6 years of project management experience.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience managing technical, engineering, or security projects.
• Experience in government contracting and requirements management.
• Demonstrated Agile/Scrum experience and ability to introduce practices.
• Experience with GitLab, Planner, or MS Project; proficient in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with highly technical, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape PM practices for complex technical projects including penetration testing and security assessments.
• Guide cross-functional teams across labs, driving projects from conception through delivery.
• Introduce modern PM methodologies to support national security missions.
• Develop technical reports, client presentations, risk registers, and requirements traceability.
