Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex on-premise infrastructure projects through full SDLC.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (including Scaled Agile) and ceremonies.
• Hands-on background in Windows/Linux server administration, networking, and storage.
• Proven ITSM experience with ServiceNow or Remedy for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical team to foster innovation.
• Operations: Oversee on-prem infrastructure operations and DR planning.
• Agile Project Management: Manage full lifecycle using Agile/Scrum.
• Stakeholder Management: Deliver reviews/presentations, manage risks and decisions.
