Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an IT Transformation Program Manager to provide enterprise-level leadership for government CIO technology transformation and AI initiatives.

The role oversees modernization efforts, governance, and product management practices to ensure alignment with CIO objectives. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a DHS EOD Suitability Clearance.
• BA/BS or equivalent with 15 years in federal contract program management.
• Expertise in PMI based program/project management, SAFe Agile, and hybrid methods.
• PMP certification and ITIL Foundation (or able to obtain within 6 months).
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar federal IT contracts.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the task order and strategic objectives.
• Lead transition for CIO transformation initiatives with repeatable delivery.
• Apply Hybrid Waterfall/SAFe Agile, PMI, and Prosci OCM methodologies.
• Establish AI governance charter and operating framework.
• Oversee project planning, governance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between project execution, CIO goals, and modernization roadmaps.
• Develop CIO transformation playbooks and KPI lifecycle processes.
• Recruit and train task order staff and ensure contract performance.
