Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in managing an agile team.
• Applied understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and experience coaching high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile/scrum product team.
• Conduct agile scrum ceremonies.
• Track and collect agile metrics for program level metrics.
• Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers.
• Support release planning and system design.
• Responsible for team performance and delivery of deliverables.
• Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.
• Facilitate communications with product owner, stakeholders, and staff.
• Prepare briefings on product status for CACI and Government leadership.
• Collaborate across organizations to align priorities.
• Document and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with creation of contract deliverable documentation.
