Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Manager to lead and shape project management practices across diverse engineering projects supporting national security missions. You will guide cross-functional teams from concept through delivery, introducing modern PM methods to drive mission success.

The role emphasizes hands-on management of IMS-based schedules and governance, with opportunities to collaborate across labs and state-of-the-art technologies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance, or Active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field + 3–5 years of project planning/management experience (or equivalent).
• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred, demonstrating PM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee R&D projects spanning multiple technical disciplines.
• Lead cross-functional teams distributed across multiple labs from concept to delivery.
• Establish and refine project management processes while hands-on with state-of-the-art technologies.
