Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT project management services for the Global Mission Operations Support contract supporting the Department of State. This role focuses on delivering IT solutions, modernizing applications, and maintaining infrastructure using ITSM practices.

You will guide a high-performing team, establish deployment readiness, and ensure smooth production transitions with proactive monitoring across enterprise portfolios.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience; equivalents considered.
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT project management services across DT/EA/CST Portfolio and Product Teams.
• Establishes structured processes engaging Product Teams through full product life cycle.
• Provides operational guidance on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support requirements.
• Develops deployment readiness checklists and oversight before deployment.
• Establishes communication protocols to keep Service Operations informed of planned deployments and changes.
• Conducts pre-deployment reviews to validate readiness and resolve issues.
• Leads post-deployment support ensuring smooth transition to production with proactive monitoring.
• Acts as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
