Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead agile practices in Findlay, OH, with remote flexibility and local preference. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with product owners to prioritize work. Strong certification and a track record in SAFe/Scrum are required.

This contract role pays about $65/hour, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements, and opportunities to drive process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and SAFe framework.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe SSM or equivalent).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the agile development process per Scrum.
• Coach team on agile principles and values.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to team goals.
• Work with product owner to refine backlog and priorities.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
