Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master leading multiple teams or complex programs.
- Experience mentoring Scrum Masters and working in scaled agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple teams or complex programs.
- Mentor Scrum Masters through pairing, coaching, and feedback.
- Lead team-level agile practice improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on team health.
- Coach teams on agile maturity and impediment removal.
- Contribute to Agile Release Train practices in partnership with the Release Train Engineer.
