Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery for software teams across multiple projects. The role emphasizes coaching, removing impediments, and leading ceremonies while coordinating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Agile delivery and extensive SAFe experience, with strong communication and analytics skills. Onsite three days per week with client guidance and travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Scrum ceremonies for teams of 15+ members.
• 3+ years of experience with SAFe (RTEs, PMO, and Product Owners; PI/quarterly planning).
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; working knowledge of ALM Octane or a similar test management tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, lead time).
• Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with QA teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove obstacles, and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Identify and report progress through metrics.
• Collaborate across teams, manage decisions, and provide solutions within and across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance team performance and Agile practices.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Support conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.
• Analyze project metrics and feedback to drive data-informed delivery decisions.
• Champion Agile values and principles across the organization.
